The sun is shining on

09.19
The sun is shining on Mount Juliet and Gustav the Good is delivering delight in The Basement. How must this have sounded to an audience unaccustomed to cheap and easily available music, with ears not exposed to constant bakzak in their public spaces? When music speaks to us, who cares that no-one is able to explain why music speaks to us? No book of music philosophy / psychology / criticism / analysis has yet managed to tell me how this is, to any convincing extent. And on Monday morning, this 11th. June, 2001, I don't care either. Gustav is doing the job of explaining well enough.

Now, an e-flurry is about to erupt before an early departure to the rehearsal room.
